Dr. Mohammad Reza Bolouri

Dr. Mohammad Reza Bolouri earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Florida Atlantic University in 1985. His Doctor of Medicine from Mundial University in 1990 and a residency in Neurology from 2001-2003 and was chief resident in Neurology from 2003-2004. Dr. Bolouri is Founder and Owner of Alzheimer's Memory Center, which is Charlotte’s premier center dedicated to the comprehensive management of Alzheimer’s and related dementias, including mild cognitive impairment (MCI), vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, pseudodementia, Lewy body dementia, and Parkinsonian dementia. Alzheimer's Memory Center serves residents in the Charlotte metro area, as well as people throughout North and South Carolina. Dr. Bolouri has more than 20 years clinical research experience and is dedicated his life's work to treating Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. He is board- certified from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been honored by the Alzheimer's Association for Anti-Aging Conferences for Alzheimer's work.
